Recycled Content Overview
GreenCircle’s Recycled Content certification demonstrates an organization’s commitment to reuse materials in an effort to support circular economy as well as reduce its reliance on virgin materials.
The Recycled Content certification was developed to evaluate the source of recycled content raw materials to determine their pre-and post-consumer designations.
Products certified by GreenCircle Recycled Content may be recognized by Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly (CPF) program, which highlights products with trusted certifications that meet sustainability standards.

Accreditation
& Industry Recognition
The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) has accredited GreenCircle’s Recycled Content Certification.
The Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) recognizes GreenCircle Certified as an APR-recommended certification body that meets APR’s criteria and complies with the APR post-consumer recycled content (PCR) certification standard.

Includes but not limited to:
Durable goods made of plastics and/or metals (e.g., toys, organization/storage, tools)
Paper tableware (e.g., cups, plates)
Paper stationary (e.g., sticky notes, printer paper, greeting cards)
Glassware
